Nigeria is not prepared for it. It will turn to a natural disaster. There's no country in west Africa that's prepared for snow
.

You are actually on point.

Nigerians are not that mentally prepared for stage like that.

Responding back with unnecessary 40 characters. I wonder why 40 and not 10 or 20๐Ÿค” Hope this post makes it past the anti spam bot. You never know these days.
I wonder what you're doing on a platform going downhill, why don't you just leave since it's going downhill and it's a Nigerian platform, since you're so anti-nigeria, you can reuse our platform like your life depends on it then still discredit us on same platform.

The southern hemisphere is opposite of the Northern hemisphere. The South experience winter when the North is going through summer, and vice versa.
So Australia and Argentina have winter in June? Interesting.

Because very few African nations experience snow fall, and it's actually one of the attractions in SA tourism that Is a big seller wink.

And I'm curious, if he had shown violent protests that lead to looting in the same SA, would you have felt the need to show similar images from or Nigeria? grin grin. I bet not. But we all know why you're always so pained by anything SA...trying to discredit the country with your over 100 monikers grin. What you're is a nationalist disguising as a Pan African grin.....you just have less to be nationalistic about ...because of the condition of Nigeria and the fact that many of your citizens are very anti- nationalism ....they'd prefer to promote anything foreign over their own.....now that's what pains you about the darkies** down South....they promote and defend their own .....even small things like snow that bring in revenue from our usual customers like Nigerians...we will it so that they'll come here to take pictures and lie that they were abroad when they post on social media grin grin grin

Real Pan africanist don't despise other Africans, despite any differences.....stop the pretense already...you're busted grin grin grin. Promote Nigerian pride without hating others and maybe ....just Maybe even your fellow citizens will start appreciating your message and the beauty of their own country wink.

Goodluck to you though grin

Truth be told, there is nothing special about it.

Winter in June is entirely new to me. RSA sure knows how to do winter.

SA winter is by June. In 2018 I had a training in SA I was there around 3rd June, and silly me didn't know that it was winter at that time. Bros I saw shege when I got down from the plane, I was so cold that if I had seen another plane going back to Lagos, I would have followed.
But nevertheless my office in SA brought a driver so we went to Nelson Mandela square in Sandton to get winter jackets.

The temperate nature is one of the reasons the Europeans took over the cape. Our Equatorial zone made here a temporary residence

In North Africa they experience their winter equivalent by December, same with Europe. Example you see snow in rhe Atlas mountains of Morocco during December, but not as intense as SA in June.

Everybody loves rainfall especially farmers. But excessive rainfall causes flooding & little or no rainfall causes drought.

Intelligent people know that nature is so beautiful and can be extremely cruel.

I'm fearful though that we might have a disastrous winter especially in the Eastern cape, Western Cape ,Kzn....the free State is better off because it doesn't have the ocean effect . I've never experienced a winter with both snow and heavy -windy rains shocked. It's disasters all over already and we are still in the early days of June . Water sources and grazing land getting damaged so soon and so fast shocked. I hear things aren't looking good across the border in Lesotho either ....

Why would you witness snow when you're staying in location

You have not answered the question.

You said snow makes South Africa โ€œa tourist attractionโ€.

I know of no one who visits South Africa โ€œfor the snowโ€.

And why should they?

I honestly donโ€™t see any reason for the thread.

Not sure why you are so upset and flailing about.

People should actually be worried instead of excited. This is climatic change in full effect. Most African nations doesn't have the resources and experience to handle a snowy winter. Our wildlife, vegetation and so on aren't adapted to cold temperatures. I hope this doesn't extend further than South Africa

@1st bolded.....how many tourist you before visiting South Africa? Just curious grin grin grin grin grin

@the second bolded .......why do they come here in the first place....does SA have anything that other countries don't have ? They are in our cities ,towns and villages ...why? grin

There are so many threads you could say this about, but you chose this one,why ?

And snow is a rare phenomenon in Africa, definitely worth viewing and appreciating for nature enthusiasts....it's not that deep grin grin grin.....similar to the the waterfalls that abundance in West Africa unlike anywhere else in the world (apart from some South American countries )but you failed to capitalise on them wink.

And lastly ,you haven't told us why you came to such an uninformative thread in the first place grin.....

To tell us that there is snow in even war-ton countries? cheesy grin

To tell us that snow is a climatic condition?.....thanks genius grin grin grin
